* seeing if compile-once/run-everywhere can replace this effort

* hhvm accepts a signal, dumps stack, easier than collecting from bpf side

* Power PC users did some testing and reported bugs in unit test

* Tried to play with BTF, but libbpf failed to load with some kernel configs
