Can you list devices, which devices support xdpoffload and which xdpdrv? Xdpoffload only npf netronome?

Yes currently i believe only Netronome NFP based Agilio CX NICs support xdpoffload.

Hint, do remember that you need to download a firmware that support
eBPF from Netronome's homepage. But don't be scared it is painless to
update/use the new firmware. It is as easy as unloading and loading
the kernel module[1]:

# Reload driver to load new firmware:
rmmod nfp; modprobe nfp
